Hello here's all the info about Co-Leaderships.
It's two sets of (Alpha, Delta, & Beta) they are called units. The units are a game event/competition group where you can pick who you want to be on your team but they have to be trainer+ at all times. As a Co-Leader you can promote, demote, fire, & even fire from SPY kids (ONLY) if they in your unit. Now if they not in a unit any leadership can promote them but CAN'T demote. As a Co-Leader you can be replaced by your Leader.
