Leadership Duties

As Leader it's your job to make sure that your unit win events. You will have help from Co-Leader which you can replace at anytime. You can pick the members that you want to group your group but they have to be Trainer+. You have to make sure that your unit have there events ready on time. Now you can promote members in base only if they in your unit if they don't have a unit you can promote them. The units are (Alpha, Delta, & Beta) as leader you will have a pick to get more members in your unit. 1.) Pay 5c more to winners in your unit. 2.) Get double games so your unit will have more games to win. 3.) Your unit will have a chance to win rares. You only can pick one but you can battle another unit for they pick only if they want to battle you who lose will have nothing. Now the best way to get your pick back is from a trade off, a trade off is you can trade your best player from something even a pick back but only if you can find a leader that will trade you. Now you can get replaced from leadership fast if your unit keep losing games but its not about how many games you lost its about how many games you lost in a row. You spot will go to Co-Leader then I'll find a new Co-Leader. You job is to make your unit happy if your mean & bossy to them they can vote you out.
